Each battery is tested prior, during and after assembly to ensure you are getting the best of the best, a battery you can depend on! Batteries are designed with Tpu end caps to hold the cells securely in place and allow sufficient space between cells to maximise cooling and eliminate any potential shorting/heat soak between cells, something other manufacturers overlook.
Cells are spot welded into packs with a KWELD welder, this welder measures total current of the weld ensuring consistent spot welds throughout. It also tests each weld indicating if the weld was successful or not so there is no second-guessing. This is one of the best welders available on the market.
