Shipping

To return your product, please email support@nextfpv.com.au for instructions on how to return goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost, stolen or damaged in transit

NextFPV do not provide cover for orders lost in transit, damaged or stolen. You may elect to purchase insurance at checkout for a fee through Navidium Shipping Protection. All coverage purchased is as per Navidium Shipping Protection terms and conditions.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay any fees (including taxes) charged by your local customs or postal office. If you refuse to pay taxes and duties and the purchased product(s) are returned to us we reserve the right to charge a return freight fee (determined by carrier) and a restocking fee of 10% of the product value + the original freight cost if sent free freight. Any freight fee paid by the customer will also be forfeited.

Love the super fast shipping

This is not a product review as i have not installed yet. Its just a review of excellent customer service and fastest shipping. I ordered my speedybee stake and matek flight controller on Thursday morning and i received it the next day morning. I thought this weekend is no fly for me but i was wrong. The speedybee and matek fc was packed nice and cozy. The product looks excellent. Cant wait to install it and get high again. Thanks
