1. All non international orders are dispatched same business day from our Sydney warehouse if order is placed before 2.30pm* see conditions below
2. International orders are shipped next business day due to extra document requirements
3. We ship all orders by either Australia Post Eparcel, Fastway Couriers, Star-track Express or DHL depending on your location
4. Responsibility of shipped items are passed to the customer once goods are signed for or if passed to a 3rd party.
5. Batteries cannot be shipped by air and must be sent via road. If expedited shipment is selected with orders containing batteries please make sure you are within greater Sydney.
6. All orders are sent with tracking, if you would like to know the status of your parcel please use the tracking number provided. You can use our Order Tracker , Fastway Tracker or Australia Post website
7. Shipping times are estimates only.
8. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete address or not being claimed within shipping company time frame a $10 return to sender fee will be charged and postage to resend the parcel. In this case, we are not responsible to cover the extra cost to redeliver the parcel.
- Same day dispatch relies on your address being 100% accurate, most errors are due to city being entered in the suburb line, incorrect spelling of suburb and post codes not matching the suburb. While we manually correct these errors, this may result in a delay in shipping up to one business day.
- Day after public holidays and weekends and long weekends may not be processed until next day due to a high volume of orders. If your order is urgent please email us first and we will do our best to accommodate you.
